- Find and replace — Search the current document, replace one or every match, move between matches, or use selected text as the search term. The standard Mac shortcuts work in Editor, Markdown, Split, and plain-text views.
- Open files from the File menu — Press Command-O to open one or more Markdown or UTF-8 text files without first adding their folder as a project.
- Save on demand — Press Command-S to write pending edits at once while Ampersand continues to save changes automatically as you type.
